This course introduces students to some of the freely available mathematical tools for exploring algebra concepts online. Topics may include Algebra in Games, Algebra in Art and Music, Algebra in Space, Algebra in Business, Algebra in the Sciences, and Algebra in the Environment. The instructor will provide many applied examples, but students are strongly encouraged to pursue a topic of their own choosing.
